I ordered this drive as the original Toshiba NoteBook 100 Gig crashed;
this NoteBook was given to me by my nephew. So, I have no experience with this Toshiba and so I cannot look and SEE
WHAT the Physical Hard Drive Config LOOKED LIKE!
Toshiba advertises this as a "user accessible" HDD.
About 3 days ago I sent the Seller an email in preperation for installing this drive.
When I opened the HDD Bay I found a male receptacle that looks a bit like the old floppy drive male receptacles.
I asked the SELLER IF I NEEDED AN ADAPTER FOR THIS NEW DRIVE TO ATTACH TO THE TOSHIBA?!
As yet, I have NOT heard from the Seller.
I would REALLY appreciate some information ON ATTACHING THIS NEW DRIVE TO THE TOSHIBA.
DO I NEED AN ADAPTER?!
