(More customer reviews)When I received this item, I found the box was almost empty. The drive was there, but little else. There was a slip that told me where to put the safety stickers, but there were no stickers. Also included was a sheet telling me where to get service. And that was it. No installation instructions, no software, nothing. Purchase this item only if you have the technical knowledge to install it and getting it working on your own. Toshiba will not be of much help.
