It works fine for my Sony memory stick pro duo, although for some reason it sometimes takes a few unplugging/plugging back in repetitions for the usb to recognize it, and that is on any computer I use it on. I also tried to use it with my phone's micro sd card. No matter what I do it will not pick up on the micro card. I would suggest buying a different product if you want a reader that will reliably read all media cards.
