(More customer reviews)I used it to replace a dead hard drive on my Toshiba Satellite laptop. Luckily I still had the system restore CDs that came with the laptop, so I was able to install Windows and all the other software on this hard drive. I also upgraded the memory and the dead laptop now works like new.
